FAMK takes pride in offering a programme that is challenging, yet rewarding and to ensure you are future-ready, we now incorporate the use of AI in our filmmaking training. We want to ensure that your skills are relevant for the industry now and in the future, showing you how to incorporate AI tools in your learning and work.

For 16 years and over only

National Qualification Group Awards (NQGA) is the term which covers National Certificates (NCs) and National Progression Awards (NPAs).

​

We also offer NCFE qulaifications, Level 2 and Level 3.

​

The courses develop skills much sought after by employers. They encourage learners to think differently and aim higher. As such, these qualifications are relevant to anyone, including those considering self-employment

​

They are aimed at assessing a defined set of skills and knowledge in specialist vocational areas.

​

National Certificates prepare people for employment, career development or progression to more advanced study at HNC/HND level.​

​

They also develop transferable knowledge including Core Skills.

​

​Courses will run part time over 3 months term time only.

COURSE INFORMATION:

The courses assess a defined set of skills and knowledge in specialist vocational areas, linked to National Occupational Standards. They introduce learners to techniques that are important in the film sector with a film produced by the end of the training.

Face to face session: Saturdays: 9am to 5pm

Online Session: Tuesdays: 5.30-8.30pm
